NAKAMEGURO!　中目黒!

It is close to Shibuya and Harajuku, however, the atmosphere is totally different there.

Similary, you can see many fashionable youngsters and discover romantic cafes there.  What makes Nakameguro different is the level of quiteness which is totally opposite to that of Shibuya or Harajuku.

Singing favorite songs when walking along the MEGURO GAWA 目黒川, I took some photos of sakura growing along two sides of the river.  Along the river, you can sit down and have your bento 弁当.  It is one of the most relaxing spot that I have been to.

When I passed some apparel shops scattered near the river area, I felt like I was checking and choosing my clothes in my wardrobe as it was so quiet that you can hardly see a gang of teen shouting and yelling on the street.  In stead, people were choosing their favorite clothes carefully ( as there are simply too many choices).

I used to walk from Ebisu 恵比寿 to Daikanyama 代官山, and from Daikanyama to Nakameguro 中目黒.
Shops selling fashionable clothes, interior design products, furniture, and even 雑貨店 (grocery??)... can easily be found in the above three places.  I enjoy it so much.  Yes, it's my character.^^

<A> KATAKANA
1. 水アカ - Emphasized words
It is originally 水垢 or 水あか.  However, as 垢 is not a commonly used words, Japanese people nowadays tend to use hiragana in stead of kanji.  But the case now is not hiragana.  it is further changed into katagana.  The reason is that the producer wants to highlight the ability to 'clean' the 'dirt' and draws consumers' attention.

2. ゴシゴシ・キラキラ - Onomatopoeia
Originally it is written in hiragana.  However, nowadays it's a habit for the Japanese people to use katakana in words which is used to express the status of particular object or feeling or ambience, etc.

3. バススポンジ - Loan words
It is loaned from the word 'bath sponge'.

Apart from the above exapmles, sometimes we use katakana fro names of animals, plants, etc.
Also, some Japanese (especially the younger generation) thinks that katakana is 'cuter' and more 'stylish'.

.<B> KANJI
男性用、落とす、磨く...
Kanji is used to express more directly the meaning instead of just using hiragana which may carry two or more meaning resulting in confusion.

<C> HIRAGANA
落とす、磨く、しっかり...
They are symbols which represent single sounds.  They are generated from Chinese words and used widely
nowadays together with katakana and kanji

はじめまして、賀来謙と書いてKAKU YUZURU とよみます。よろしくお願いします。
こっちの人は’’ず’’が発音しづらいので、簡単に’ゆ’って呼ばれています。
もうすぐ２５になりますが、仕事から逃げるために、とりあえず勉強をします。

趣味はたくさんありますが、日焼け、水泳、バドミントン、バレー、マージャン等
